  DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are processed daily between Monday and Friday 0800GMT - 1730GMT.

SHIPMENT
There is no charge for shipment.
Europe delivery by International Mail signed for service, usually 3 to 5 days delivery time.
Rest of the world is by International Mail signed for service, usually 7 to 10 days delivery time.

RETURNS POLICY
Amber London Fashions guarantees the quality of the products we offer.  If the goods do not meet your expectations, we will exchange the items, or refund payment if the goods are returned in the original condition within 7 days. All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and labels intact. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance cost. In order to minimize loss, we advise all customers to use recorded delivery. Please ensure you adequately package all returns, as we cannot accept liability for damage to items returned without suitable packaging.

BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you.  You will be emailed with an option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

PAYPAL
With Paypal you can either pay by using your paypal account or by a credit/debit card.  Paypal accept the following cards. Master, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Solo, Delta, and Electron.
